The Vivo X30 series launched yesterday in China as the first phones powered by the Exynos 980 5G processor. Both the X30 and X30 Pro come in two variants – 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. However, there is a possibility the Vivo X30 Pro may get a 12GB RAM version in the future according to TENAA.

TENAA has published the specs for the Vivo X30 Pro (V1938A and V1938T) and it mentions a 12GB RAM version with 512GB of storage. Since Vivo didn’t unveil a 12GB RAM variant yesterday, it may decide to do so next year. On the other hand, the TENAA listing for the Vivo X30 lists the two variants announced yesterday.
