Huawei announced new MateBook D computers last month. The manufacturer did say the computers ship with Windows 10 out of the box but it appears the Windows edition has not been available for purchase.

Huawei took to Weibo this morning to announce that the Windows edition of the MateBook D is coming soon and also revealed details about availability.
