Xiaomi had initially revealed plans to enter Japan in 2020 but the summer came early as the tech giant officially launched its first set of products in Japan on December 9. The products include the Mi Note 10 (CC9 Pro), MIJIA Rice Cooker which is already popular in Japan, Mi Power bank 3, Mi Travel Suitcase and then the Mi Smart Band 4.

While we are yet to receive any report about the sales of the Mi Note 10 Pro and Mijia Rice Cooker, the Mi Band 4 is said to be smashing records in the Asian country. The smart band was put on sale on Amazon Japan and according to data from Amazon, the Band 4 is the number one highest selling wearable in the activity tracker category. The ranking is based on sales data collected by Amazon and since it has not changed, it shows the smart band is still the top-selling activity tracker in Japan.

The Mi Band 4 is also raked as number one “hot new releases”, number one “Most Wished For” and Mst Gifted smart band all under the activity trackers category. The wearable device is sold in Japan for (3839 yen, about 245 yuan, ) which is pretty affordable.
