The trend picked up last year and now more manufacturers are expected to adopt it this year too.
The main advantage of phones with a higher refresh rate is the faster and better scrolling experience. It is also a feature that greatly improves gaming experience, at least for games that support it. However, the feature has its disadvantage too and that is the toll it has on battery life.
