Along with an oversized VC cooling system, the Mi 10 will use graphite at multiple layers to ensure the temperature is controlled throughout the device.

Xiaomi’s CEO Lei Jun added that one of the first aspects of an effective cooling system is accurately measuring the phone’s temperature. In this regard, he said that the Xiaomi Mi 10 will come with 5 temperature monitoring sensors installed near 5 key components of the device: CPU, camera, battery, connector, and communications chip.
