Xiaomi has launched an upgraded version of the SOOCAS X3 Sonic Electric Toothbrush under the Youpin platform. This model is dubbed SOOCAS X3U Sonic Electric Toothbrush and comes with several enhanced features over its predecessor. The gadget still comes with an affordable 329 yuan ($47) price tag which is slightly higher than the 249 yuan ($35) of the X3.
The SOOCAS X3U still retains the design of the X3 but the power train is upgraded to allow for longer use. The toothbrush also comes with wireless charging, lesser operating noise, a standard travel case and bootsplash protection.
The SOOCAS X3U uses a true magnetic levitation acoustic wave motor whose vibration has been upgraded from 38600 times per minute to 39600 times per minute . The vibration still remains strong even when the tactile pressure on the brush is increased and it offers splash protection. 
Another aspect that has been upgraded is the inclusion of two extra brush heads, bringing the total to three (3). The brush heads include a copper-free whitening brush head, a soft bristle brush head and a deep polishing brush head. 
Furthermore, you equally get an IPX7 waterproof protection a Type-C charging port meaning the charging will be faster. Onboard is a 1000mAh battery which supports wireless charging.
