Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro briefly held DXOMark’s record right after launch for having the best smartphone camera. That was before the current holder of that crown – OPPO Find X2 Pro was launched. The Mi 10 Pro packs an amazing camera spearheaded by a 108MP main camera sensor. I order to put into perspective the prowess of the 108MP camera, Xiaomi says it launched a satellite equipped with the company’s latest imaging technology and captured images of the earth from outer space using just the Mi 10 Pro’s 108MP camera. The camera samples are now available to download just in case you’ll like to use them as wallpapers on your phone. You can download from here.

The camera samples were said to have been shot from 500km above the earth but other technical details were not disclosed. The samples are yet another batch considering that Lei Jun had released a batch earlier this month.

As for the technical angle, the Mi 10 Pro comes with a powerful quad-camera setup at the back. The setup includes a 108MP primary camera with a 10X hybrid optical zoom lens. The 108MP camera sensor is said to be a high-resolution custom camera sensor with 8P lens.
