Huawei unveiled newfangled expandable storage dubbed the Nano Memory (NM) card during the Mate 20 series launch event in October 2018. The first benchmarks of a 128GB NM card surfaced online soon after the announcement, showing performance similar to that of a microSD card.
One of the USPs (unique selling propositions) of the NM cards is that it is housed in a 45 percent smaller form factor as compared to microSD cards, which means, it can easily fit in a smartphone’s Nano-SIM slot.
