According to Lei Jun, the Redmi Smart TV MAX 98 inch has been placed in the lobby of the office and due to its large size, it garners attention and looks spectacular at first glance. Thus, he also posed next to the TV to showcase its massive size. Reportedly, the Redmi Smart TV MAX 98 inch has a height of 1255mm (excluding the base). The post was shared on Lei Jun’s official Weibo account, a Chinese microblogging website.

This makes the new Redmi Smart TV MAX 98 inch the largest TV from the Xiaomi subsidiary, and it has been appropriately dubbed as the “theatre screen” with its large screen ratio of 98.8 percent. The TV sports a 4K resolution with 85 percent NTSC wide color gamut, 192 dynamic backlights, HDR support and is equipped with the ninth generation of image quality engine, which enables various improvements in the viewing experience.

It even houses a custom 12nm quad core A55 processor along with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage with built in Xiao AI voice assistant as well. Due to its massive scale, it is priced high as well, with a price of 19,999 Yuan or roughly 2819 US Dollars.
