Xiaomi is slated to hold a new product launch conference tomorrow (3rd April 2020). In this event it will launch 22 new products, one of which is the a new Large Mi TV with an affordable price tag.
According to a few teasers from the Xiaomi mall that are warming up the launch, the two primary selling points of the new Mi TV are its affordable price and large display. Unfortunately, the exact details of its size and other crucial specifications have yet to be revealed. But from what we do know, the new Mi TV will be equipped with PatchWall artificial intelligence voice system.

This is a standard AI voice assistant that is standard in every Xiaomi and Redmi smart TVs. Alongside Xiao AI, this essentially becomes a control center for smart homes where everything can be accessed via voice commands. As of right now, Xiao AI has reportedly about 30 million monthly users on more than 100 million devices. This makes it one of the largest AI voice assistant, which works cross platform across IoT products in a smart home.
The new Large Mi TV from Xiaomi also follows the company’s low cost and high performance philosophy. In other words, this is aimed to appeal to the broader market with a product that has a high cost to value ratio.
