The Honor 8A which launched in China in January 2019 has now gotten a successor in the UK. Called the Honor 8A 2020, the phone is now available for pre-order on Clove.
The Honor 8A 2020 shares practically a lot of its specs with the 2019 version. It has the same 6.09-inch Dewdrop Display and the resolution remains unchanged at 720 x 1560.
The processor is also the same MediaTek Helio P35 processor with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage. The rear camera is a single 13MP f/1.8 sensor and there is an 8MP f/2.0 camera. The new additions are a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and a USB Type-C port for charging.
The battery capacity remains at 3020mAh and the phone ships with EMUI 9 based on Android 9 Pie. The Honor 8A 2020 is available in Blue and Black with a price tag of £108.33 (£130 including tax). The listing on Clove says the phone will be in stock by April 15.
