The image was shared online on the Chinese microblogging website, Weibo. Pete Lau’s official Weibo account shared the picture alongside a small message as well. According to the senior executive, he has noticed the various leaks, rumors and supposed renders making the rounds on the internet. He said that many were “authentic photos.”

Pete even went on to say that he had compared the OnePlus 8 to various other smartphones and found it to have the best look and feel. Although, this statement was to be expected. Looking at the image shared, the OnePlus 8’s rear panel can be seen. It features the “ONEPLUS” branding on the bottom, etched in white on a Green color.
