OPPO has silently unveiled the OPPO A92 smartphone in China. Recently, the unannounced OPPO A52 was found listed at Google Play Console. Now, the smartphone has appeared in the product library of China Telecom. The listing has revealed the entire specifications, pricing and release date of the smartphone.
The OPPO A52 has a model number of PDAM10. The entire specifications of the PDAM10 had appeared on TENAA in March. Its listing at China Telecom product library has confirmed that it will be debuting in China as OPPO A52. The major selling points of the smartphone are AI powered quad cameras with Ultra-Clear 1080p video shooting and a massive battery with fast charging support
OPPO A52 specifications
The polycarbonate bodied OPPO A52 measures 162.0 x 75.5 x 8.9mm and it weighs 192 grams. The smartphone is fitted with a 6.5-inch punch-hole display that offers full HD+ resolution. The Snapdragon 665v chipset is present under the hood of the device. It comes with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of built-in storage.
The rear side of the OPPO A52 is decked with a quad camera setup that includes a 12-megapixel primary shooter, an 8-megapixel lens and a pair of 2-megapixel sensors. Up front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The 5,000mAh battery of the OPPO A52 supports fast charging. The Android 10 OS runs on the device.
OPPO A52 price and release date
The OPPO A52 is expected to hit the Chinese markets on May 1. Black, Star White and Condensation Purple are the color variants of the smartphone. While the listing states that A52 will be priced at 1,799 Yuan (~$254) in China, it is advisable to wait for the company to make an official announcement on it.
