Xiaomi has launched the Mi Air2 SE True Wireless Earphones in China. The new wireless earbuds are a trimmed down version of the Mi Air 2 TWS earbuds that was launched around September last year priced at 399 yuan ($58). In terms of appearance, the Mi Air2 SE adopts a similar half-in-ear design as its sibling but comes with a unilateral weight of just 4.7g. The Mi Air2 SE utilises a built-in 14.2mm composite moving-coil diaphragm and has an impedance of 32 ohms. The earbud supports SBC / AAC audio codec, Bluetooth 5.0 protocol, dual noise reduction, etc. Each of the earbuds supports up to 5 hours of playback on a full charge. As for functionality, the Mi Air2 SE is said to have deep customization with Xiaomi’s custom MIUI ROM. When the charging box is opened, the phone will pop up the headset connection interface.
