According to a leak, Oppo will be launching the Reno 4 Pro in India somewhere between July 20 and 24. Another leak suggests the brand will also debut Oppo Watch alongside the handset in the country. Now, a Geekbench listing of this phone reveals the chipset powering it.

Oppo Reno 4 Pro CPH2109 Global India Geekbench Snapdragon 720G

Oppo launched Reno 4 series consisting of Reno 4 and Reno 4 Pro in China last month. These smartphones are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G. However, like the international version of Reno 3 Pro, the Reno 4 Pro that is going to debut first in India will also feature a different chipset according to a Geekbench listing spotted by MySmartPrice.

The Oppo Reno 4 Pro global variant was benchmarked on Geekbench with model number CPH2109 on July 2. As per the listing, it will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC, given its motherboard name is “atoll”. Further, it will have 8GB RAM and will run Android 10, ColorOS 7.2 to be exact.

The unit, which was tested scored 567 points and 1,759 points in single-core and multi-core tests respectively. These scores are slightly less than the Chinese variant of the phone.

Apart from the chipset, the Indian variant (not the global) is also said to arrive with a higher refresh rate (probably 120Hz) than the original’s 90Hz.
