Photography giant Fujifilm has officially unveiled its latest product in India. The product dubbed Instax Mini Link Smartphone Printer adopts a portable design and comes with a price tag of Rs.9499 (~$126).
Fujifilm Instax Mini Link Smartphone Printer is a printer that allows users to print pictures directly from their smartphones. The device is no bigger than a power bank and uses the Fujifilm Instax Mini Instant Films. It also offers customisation options before the photo is printed.
The printer prints photos on a 62mm x 46mm card with a resolution of 12.5 dots/mm. It offers users not just a way of printing photos stored on their smartphones but also the opportunity to do it quickly and easily. The portable printer can be paired with a smartphone via Bluetooth as it supports Bluetooth 4.2. The device can even be connected to a Fujifilm camera that supports Bluetooth connectivity. The printer takes just around 12 seconds to print photos.
The portable device which weighs just about 200g is bundled with a companion app called Instax mini Link app. The app allows users to effect customisations such as rotation, filter selection and brightness adjustments.
Talking of the price, the Fujifilm Instax Mini Link Smartphone Printer is available for purchase on Amazon.in for Rs. 9499 (~$126). It is available in three different colours: Ash White, Dark Denim and Dusky Pink.
