Right ahead of the official launch, Lenovo has posted a new promotional poster for the Lenovo Legion gaming phone on Weibo, which confirms that the device will sport dual X-axis linear motors. As seen in the promotional poster, the Lenovo Legion gaming phone will make room for an industry-first dual X-axis linear motor technology. As per the hardware architect of Lenovo’s Legion arm, Lenovo has managed to implement all haptic calls of the dual X-axis linear motors from the application layer to the hardware layer, and also defined such an API interface.

Coming to the rest of the specifications of the device, the Lenovo Legion phone will feature a 144Hz refresh rate display. The device will feature front-firing dual stereo speakers. Under the hood, the Lenovo Legion gaming phone will feature an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor, which will be clubbed with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB onboard storage (UFS 3.1). The device will run on the latest Android 10 OS out of the box, which will be customized to ensure a gamer-centric UI (the interface elements will be suitable for landscape usage).
