According to Pete’s post on Weibo, the AOD feature is highly sought after and will be available for everyone that runs OxygenOS 11, so we can expect wide support for all the smartphone that does get the upcoming update. Furthermore, the social media post also revealed themes for this feature, as the CEO shares his preferred one being called “Time.” The official also shared a video that did shed some more light on the upcoming feature.

One of the faces showed the number of times the device is unlocked, along with the scale that maps the usage of the smartphone. It also displays other generic information like current time and date alongside app icons for notifications at the bottom. Multiple other faces had also been revealed, which makes this next update one of the most anticipated ones in recent times. OnePlus is also gearing up for Android 11, while dropping its final OxygenOS 11 developer preview on 10th August 2020.
