The Galaxy Watch3 is just a few days ago and it has already received an update. The update brings some of the features that were announced at launch including blood oxygen monitoring.
First reported by SamMobile, the 80MB update brings blood oxygen monitoring so users can see how well their respiratory system carries oxygen around their body. Samsung states in the changelog that the feature is not available in Algeria, Angola, Canada, France, Iran, Japan, Libya, South Africa, and Thailand.

Another feature that the update brings is Advanced Running Analysis which provides a detailed insight into how you run and how to improve.
There is also support for VO2 max and Sleep Score. The former will provide a reading for the amount of oxygen used during exercise to improve your endurance while sleep score will provide a new way to understand your sleep pattern.
ECG Monitoring is not live yet in a lot of countries including the US. However, the FDA has granted Samsung approval for it.
