Vivo has launched a new entry-level smartphone called Vivo Y1s in Cambodia. The low-priced phone offers some exciting features like a large-sized display, a big battery and a decent processor.

Vivo Y1s specifications

The Vivo Y1s has a plastic body with a gradient finish. The handset has 135.11 x 75.09 x 8.28mm and it weighs 161 grams. The device houses a 6.22-inch Halo FullView LCD panel that produces HD+ resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels.

The MediaTek Helio P35 chipset with 2 GB of RAM powers the Vivo Y1s. The device has an internal storage of 32 GB. It has a microSD card slot additional storage. The FunTouch OS 10.5 based on Android 10 OS runs on the Vivo Y1s.

For capturing selfies, the Vivo Y1s possesses a front camera of 5-megapixel with f/1.8 aperture. The rear side of the phone features a single camera of 13-megapixel with an f/2.2 aperture rating and LED flash.

The Vivo Y1s has a 4,030mAh battery and it comes with connectivity features like dual 4G VoLTE, 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, microUSB 2.0, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The handset does not feature a fingerprint reader.

Vivo Y1s price and availability

In Cambodia, the Vivo Y1s is priced at $109 for the sole 2GB+32GB version. It comes in two colors like Aurora Blue and Olive Black. It is unclear which other markets will be receiving the Vivo Y1s smartphone.
