Huawei has been raining new products left, right, and centre in its home country China since the beginning of 2020. However, it has only launched a few products in global markets this year. According to a new leak, HUAWEI Watch GT 2 Pro will be the next new product from the company for international markets.

The renders and specifications of the upcoming HUAWEI Watch GT 2 Pro come from Roland Quandt of WinFuture. According to the tipster, the new smartwatch by the Chinese telecom giant is a minor upgrade to the last year’s Watch GT 2. It will be available in Germany in the coming weeks for around €280.

The new Huawei smartwatch will sport the same 1.39-inch circular OLED display with 454 x 454 pixels. The casing will be made of stainless steel with subtle differences in design compared to other models in the Watch GT 2 series. It will be available in a single 46mm size and two colors but users will be able to suit it up with either silicone or leather strap in various colors.

Though the leakster does not mention it, it should be powered by HiSilicon Kirin A1 chip as it will feature the exact same internals as the non-pro variant such as 32MB RAM, 4GB internal storage for music playback, GPS, accelerometer, gyro, barometer, compass, GPS, and 455mAh battery. It will even come with heart rate sensor, SpO2 sensor and will be also water-resistant up to 50m.

Further, the HUAWEI Watch GT 2 Pro will run LiteOS with support for various fitness tracking activities, sleep monitoring, stress monitoring, and blood oxygen level monitoring. Talking about the elephant in the room, it will support wireless charging, in addition to proprietary magnetic charging unlike previous smartwatches from Huawei.
