The exact battery size of the Vivo Watch is not known. However, it is said that it can deliver 18 days of battery life. The tipster has said that it will not be running on WearOS.  Just as the OPPO Watch came with ColorOS in China, the Vivo Watch could be coming with FunTouchOS in the homeland.
