Xiaomi announced MIUI for TV 3.0 in July and now the update is already live and hitting devices. While the launch post did cover some of the new features, more details have now surfaced after the update went live for users in China.

MIUI for TV 3.0 symmetry

MIUI for TV 3.0 brings a revamped user interface that drops the asymmetry of the previous version for a symmetrical one. This change greatly improves the appearance and increases clarity.

Another visual change is the information page for a show or movie. It has now been redesigned to show the most important details of the movie/show and also three relevant recommendations at the bottom of the screen.
