LetsGoDigital is well-known for patent and trademark coverage. The publication has now unearthed a trademark called “Blade Bezel” filed by Samsung Display with the KIPO (Korean Intellectual Property Office) on October 16.

The application for this trademark is categorized as Class 9 meant for large screen display, smartphone display, LCD, LED, OLED, digital camera display, and video screen.

The description suggests that Samsung Display may use the Blade Bezel trademark with a plethora of devices like televisions, monitors, smartphones, and cameras. However, it does not mention the appearance of this kind of bezel.

Going by the word “Blade”, we can assume these bezels to be flat without any curves. So Samsung Display may use this trademark for its flatter slim bezel panels.
