Micromax is back at launching new phones in India. A few years ago, the brand was immensely famous in India, but its popularity declined when the Chinese phone brands started dominating the market. With tensions brewing up between India and China at the borders, many people in India have been waiting for Indian phone brands to launch to new smartphones. Today, Micromax announced its comeback by introducing the new In-branded smartphones named the Micromax IN Note 1 and IN 1B.
The Micromax IN Note 1 and IN 1B smartphones have landed in the country with contemporary design and stellar specs. Here is all the information on the specifications, features, and pricing of the new Micromax phones.
Micromax IN Note 1 specifications and features
The Micromax IN Note 1 has a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display with a punch-hole design that produces a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels, a 21:9 aspect ratio, and up to 450nits brightness. It has a front-facing camera of 16-megapixel and its rear side features a quad-camera module. The latter houses a 48-megapixel main camera with f/1.79 aperture, a 5-megapixel wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture, a 2-megapixel macro lens with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel depth assist lens with f/2.4 aperture.
The IN Note 1 is driven by the Helio G85 chipset and 4 GB of RAM. It comes with 64 GB / 128 GB of internal storage. It has a 5,000mAh battery that supports reverse charging and 18W rapid charging.

Micromax IN 1B specifications and features
The Micromax IN 1B has a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display with a mini-drop notch. It produces an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. For selfies, it has an 8-megapixel front camera. The backside of the phone has a dual-camera setup that comprises of a 13-megapixel main shooter and a 2-megapixel lens for adding depth effects.
The Helio G35 and 4 GB of RAM powers the Micromax IN 1B. It offers an internal storage of 64 GB. There is a 5,000mAh battery onboard that is coupled with 10W charging. It also supports reverse charging.
Micromax’s new phones come with a stock edition of Android 10 OS. The company has also guaranteed upgrades for 2 years. There is a dedicated button on both phones for summoning Google Assistant. These phones have other features such as a microSD card slot, face unlock, rear-facing fingerprint reader, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (b/g/n on 1B), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The Micromax IN Note 1 and IN 1B are available for registrations through Flipkart and Micomaxinfo.com. Both platforms will carry out the sales of the IN Note 1 and IN 1B from Nov. 24, and Nov. 26, respectively.
