The Nova 8 SE is the first of the Nova 8 series smartphones scheduled to launch soon. About a week ago, the spec sheet of the smartphone was leaked along with a render that showed us what the phone will look like. Now, an official poster was released yesterday and it confirms some of these details and also the phone’s design.

The Nova 8 SE will have a 6.53-inch FHD+ OLED display with a waterdrop notch. The image of the phone show it will come in blue and gradient white color variants and the rear will have four cameras arranged in a protruding squircle.

The main sensor on the back of the phone is a 64MP camera according to the info on the poster while leaks have revealed that it is paired with an 8MP ultrawide angle camera and two 2MP sensors.

Another key info the poster reveals is that the phone will support 66W fast wired charging just like the Mate 40 Pro. This means the Nova 8 SE will charge faster than the standard Mate 40 which supports 40W fast wired charging. The phone also has an in-display fingerprint scanner.

The poster also states that pre-sale for the Nova 8 SE will begin in three days’ time which means interested buyers will be able to pre-order a unit starting on Thursday, November 5.

Huawei is yet to officially announce a launch date for the phone but it should not be too far from the pre-sale date.
