Back in October, Samsung launched the Galaxy F41 budget smartphone in India. It is the first model in the new Flipkart-exclusive Galaxy F series. Now, as per a report, the company may soon launch a new device in this series called Galaxy F62. This handset has been also spotted on Geekbench.

According to popular Indian leakster Ishan Agarwal (via 91Mobiles), the world’s largest smartphone maker is working on a phone with model number SM-E625F. This handset is expected to debut as Galaxy F62.

Going by the model number as well as the branding, this device will be mostly positioned around Galaxy M51. Unfortunately, its entire specifications and features are a mystery as of now. But we do know a little about this phone’s specs, courtesy of a benchmark listing.

As soon as this story was published, another tipster called Abhishek Yadav shared the Geekbench listing of the said Samsung smartphone. According to it, this handset will be powered by Exynos 9825 chipset paired with 6GB RAM.

Further, the device will run Android 11, which suggests it to debut with One UI Core 3.0. As far as scores are concerned, the phone bags 763 points and 1,952 points in single-core and multi-core tests respectively.

Having said that, we expect more leaks regarding the Galaxy F62 to emerge in the coming days ahead of its official launch. We think it may be announced sometime later in Q1 2021.
