According to SamMobile, the South Korean tech giant has begun to seed One UI 3.0 (Android 11) build for Galaxy S20 FE in Russia. The new update comes with firmware version G780FXXU1BTL1 and December 2020 security patch.

Currently, this build is only available for select users in the country. In order to check whether if you have received it, then head over to Settings > Software update > Download and install. Anyway, if you haven’t got it yet, then do not worry as the update will be hitting your unit once the company extends the availability of the build in the coming days.

Similarly, users in other regions should also start receiving the update very soon. Also, it is worth noting that the world’s largest smartphone maker has released the update for this device before the tipped date.

The Galaxy S20 FE is eligible for three generations of Android updates. Therefore, it will be getting Android 12 and Android 13 in the future.
