Huawei’s App Gallery now has over 500 million monthly active users worldwide(as of 2020). The company has reformed its features and added the most needed apps like HungamaBoltHERE Maps etc. Today, it has revamped the App Gallery interface.

This new interface, which is launching across Europe, has localized content, helps easy navigation across thousands of Apps, Games, and more. Huawei is doing this with a new Discovery experience having ‘Featured’ content.

The company explained the new features of the App Gallery via a Press Release. The first and foremost change you will notice is the design of the interface. Huawei says that the App icons are now”Bigger and Bolder”. It adds that the interactive discovery will help present the Apps in an elegant but eye-catching and intriguing manner.

Basically, the App Gallery now has two Major Sections – ‘Featured’ and ‘Categories’. Here, the new Featured tab has Apps arranged in Cards at the top. These have marquees of Apps, Games handpicked by the team that are relevant to the user. It will include curated contents like Articles, Guides, and reviews as well.

Huawei says that App Gallery’s editors will make the contents focus more on local trends and needs. Before we jump into other features, let’s look at the list of countries that are going to receive this UI:
