As indicated, this new power bank from Honor comes with a 12,000mAh battery that is a combination of three high-capacity batteries having 4020mAh capacity. The highlight of the device is the two-way 66W fast charging technology.

It comes with two ports — one USB-A output port and a USB Type-C port that doubles as both input and output. Thanks to the two-way charging support, along with charging devices at 66W, the power bank can also be charged at 66W.

According to the company’s claim, the power bank can be fully charged in just 1.8 hours with a 66W charger while a 10W charger will take about 5.3 hours. Apart from support for the Honor V40 smartphone, it can be used to charge other phones, tablets, and even notebooks that support USB-C charging.

The device comes with support for a few other fast-charging protocols including Power Delivery, Quick Charge, SCP, and FCP. It also comes with thirteen layers of safety protection including over-voltage, under-voltage, and battery overcharge, and battery short circuit protection, among others.
