Xiaomi has launched the Sunuo T11 Pro Smart Visual Ultrasonic Dental Scaler under crowdfunding on the Youpin platform. The product is a portable ultrasonic scaler that can be used right in the home without visiting the dental clinic.
The COVID 19 pandemic and resultant lockdown across different countries of the world has left several persons missing their dental check-ups. It is usually recommended that we visit the dental clinic twice yearly (every six months) and during such visits, the dentist or Hygienist usually carry out routine Scaling and Polishing. The procedure involves using the ultrasonic scaler to remove calculus and plaque from the tooth surfaces and under the gingivae (gum). 
The new Sunuo T11 Pro Smart Visual Ultrasonic Dental Scaler makes it easy for families to carry out the procedure on their own right in the comfort of their home. It packs a 500W high-precision professional endoscopy camera which relays images of the oral cavity to a companion smartphone which can be paired with the device via WiFi. Ys, you heard it right, the portable scalercomes with WiFi support and can be paired with a smartphone. When that is done, the phone will give a clear view of the are of the mouth the device is pointed to. The scaler also has an LED light at the tip to illuminate the mouth.
The Ultrasonic scaler uses Ultrasonic transducer technology and is capable of 200W times/minutes real ultrasonic vibration frequency. It also comes with a smart safety audio-visual protection.
