Last month, along with the Samsung Galaxy S21 series flagship smartphones, the South Korean tech giant had also launched its next-generation true wireless earphones, dubbed as Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro.

Just days after the launch, Samsung rolled out an update for the earphones, bringing features related to hearing enhancements, in addition to sound balance adjustments. Now, the company has released another update.

Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro Update

The latest Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro update, which brings software version R190XXU0AUA5, brings improvements to the three main features of the earphones — active noise cancellation, ambient sound, and switching mode for voice detect mode.

The Galaxy Buds Pro are priced at $199.99 and comes with intelligent active noise cancellation which kicks in when it detects your voice, switching automatically from ANC to ambient sound when you are having a conversation.

It supports Dolby Head Tracking which provides a 360-degree audio experience when watching a movie or TV show. The Auto Switch feature automatically switches the connection between devices based on different scenarios.

To cut down the charging time, it comes with support for fast charging. The company claims that charging the device for five minutes will provide one hour of playback time. The case supports both wired charging via USB-C and Qi wireless charging.
