Last month, OnePlus Nord N10 5G became the first device from the brand to get the January 2021 security patch update. Now almost three weeks later, this update is finally available for the brand’s 2020 flagship smartphones – OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro, and OnePlus 8T.

The latest OxygenOS stable update for OnePlus 8 series and OnePlus 8T not only brings the updated security patch but also some fixes and optimizations.

The new update fixes Twitter freezing issue, split-screen bug, accent color switching issue, inaccurate display of the attribution of some numbers problem, unable to play video bug, noise issue on 5G calls, and some known issues.

It also optimizes the long screenshot feature and UI display effect of the notification bar, in addition to improving the stuttering problem of certain tripartite apps and system stability.
