Last month, apart from releasing OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 2 update, OnePlus also rolled out the final OxygenOS 10 (Android 10) stable build for the OnePlus 7 and the Oneplus 7T series. Now, a month later, these devices are now receiving OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 3 update.

The latest pubic beta update for OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 Pro, OnePlus 7T, and OnePlus 7T Pro brings a ton of fixes. But the security patch level still remains the same  (January 2021).

First and foremost, the new update fixes slow charging issue and lagging issue when playing screen-recorded videos The latest software build also brings fixes for ‘Double Tap to Wake’, Netlfix not able to play HD videos, and an issue with Bluetooth aptX.

Additionally, it also brings optimizations for screen unlocking animation and improves WiFi connection stability.

The new OxygenOS Open Beta update for the OnePlus 7 and the Oneplus 7T series is available via OTA for the users who are already on the previous beta build. Whereas, those on the stable channel can download and install it from the OnePlus Community.
