The Snapdragon 888 powered Redmi K40 Pro is priced at 2,799 Yuan (~$432) for 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 2,999 Yuan (~$463) for 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, and 3,299 Yuan (~$510) for 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. On the other side, the Redmi K40 that features the Snapdragon 870 SoC costs 1,999 Yuan (~$310) for 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 2,199 Yuan (~$340) for 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 2,499 Yuan (~$386) for 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 2,699 Yuan (~$417) for 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage.

Redmi K40 series first sales

The Redmi K40 duo went out of sale just a few minutes their first sale began at 00:00 AM today in China. The next sale will be conducted on March 8. During the launch event of the Redmi K40 series, the company claimed that it will sell the 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage variant of the K40 for 2,499 Yuan until it goes out of stock.

Regarding the Redmi K40 series, Xiaomi Product Director Wang Teng Thomas said, “We are working hard to stock up, and students who are not in a hurry to change their phones are advised to wait a few days. It is expected that they will be easier to buy in the middle of the month (machine translation).”

Redmi K40 series same price next month
