OnePlus is expected to launch the OnePlus 9 series on March 23. Ahead of the launch, the company has continued to release teasers containing juicy details of the upcoming flagship series.
The company has now released a promotional video for the OnePlus 9 series and it gives us our first look at the OnePlus 9 Pro in real skin. This isn’t the first photo of the OP 9 Pro that the company is releasing but this time around, it is not a render.
The leaked video shows the OnePlus 9 Pro in the hands of the duo of Sarah Cooper and Nina Gorfer who are jointly doing a photoshoot using the OP9 Pro for Hasselblad. Their firm Cooper and Gorfer is apparently an ambassador for OnePlus x Hasselblad and this promo video could be taken as an official announcement to that effect. We expect to see the samples shot by the OnePlus 9 Pro soon.
From the video, we can see that the OnePlus 9 Pro adopts a curved back panel design just like the OnePlus 8 Pro. It also comes with the Hasselblad branding alongside the OnePlus logo. As we already know, OnePlus recently entered into a three-year partnership with Hasselblad.
Apart from the OnePlus 9 Pro, the company is also expected to launch the OnePlus 9, OP 9R and may launch the OnePlus Watch as well.
The OnePlus 9 Pro will have a Quad-camera setup at the rear and it presents with a unique design. The phone has two large sensors aligned vertically at the top and these are the main 48MP Sony IMX789 sensor and a 50MP SonyIMX766 ultra-wide camera. The other two sensors are aligned horizontally at the bottom with smaller module sizes. The sensors include an 8MP telephoto lens with support 3.3x zoom and a 2MP depth camera. However, the specs of the two smaller cameras are yet to be confirmed by OnePlus.
