Chinese smartphone maker realme will be launching the realme 8 series tomorrow (March 24) in India. At the same event, the brand has confirmed to announce its first-ever smart scale too. This product is simply called realme Smart Scale and the company has even officially revealed its entire specs as well as features ahead of its launch tomorrow.

The upcoming realme Smart Scale will be available in two colors, namely White and Blue. It will be able to calculate the following 16 types of health measurements.

According to the brand, the above-listed measurements are recorded using necessary sensors, BIS (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis), and advanced algorithms.
Since the product can measure weight around 0.05Kg to 150Kg, the company says that customers can even use it to measure the weight of fruits and pets.

Talking about the design, the scale will feature a 6mm tempered glass cover on top. This glass is rated to withstand up to 350kg. Further, it will be only 23.3mm thin weighing 1.69kg (without batteries), and will sport movable feet with a firm grip.
The realme Smart Scale will connect with smartphones via Bluetooth 5.0 using the realme Link app. It will have multi-profile support and therefore, all the family members can have their own customized daily reports.
Last but not least, the product requires four AAA batteries, which the company claims to last up to 360 days if the scale is used 2 to 3 times a day.
