Redmi, the sub-brand of Xiaomi unveiled the Redmi K40 series in late February. The lineup includes three smartphones, namely Redmi K40, Redmi K40 Pro, and Redmi K40 Pro+. A month after these device’s launch, all three of them have been rated A+ by DisplayMate.

DisplayMate calls itself “an industry standard for optimizing, calibrating, testing, evaluating, and comparing all types of displays” on its website. The company mostly reviews high-end devices.

However, the Redmi K40 series phones are not expensive. But they still come with a high-quality display. As a result, DisplayMate has rated their display A+.

According to the firm, the display on the Redmi K40 series comes close to ‘Text Book Perfect Calibration Accuracy and Performance’. Further, this panel is ‘Visually Indistinguishable From Perfect’.

As far as specs are concerned, the three smartphones in the Redmi K40 series flaunt an identical display. All three sport a 6.67-inch Samsung E4 Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels (FHD+).

The Redmi K40 is already official for international markets as POCO F3. But it will be called Mi 11X in India. Whereas, the Redmi K40 Pro+ will be sold as Mi 11X Pro in India and Mi 11i elsewhere. Lastly, the Redmi K40 Pro may not launch outside China.
