Samsung will be announcing its new Galaxy A line of smartphones in North America this week. There are five models in all – the Galaxy A02s, Galaxy A12, Galaxy A32 5G, Galaxy A42 5G, and the Galaxy A52 5G – but unlike in other markets where these phones come in cool and attractive colors, the US will only be getting them in dull gray/black colors.

This Snapdragon 450-powered entry-level phone with a 6.5-inch HD+ screen will sell for $109.99 in the US. That will get you 2GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable storage, a 13MP + 2MP dual-camera setup on the rear, and a 5MP selfie camera. You also get a 5000mAh battery capacity with support for 15W fast charging. There is no fingerprint scanner and you also get Android 10 out of the box.

The Galaxy A12 will sell for $179.99 and will be available through AT&T, Cricket, Metro, and T-Mobile according to Android Police. The selfie camera is an 8MP sensor and on the rear is a 16MP main camera, a 5MP ultrawide angle camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth camera. The battery capacity and fast charging technology is the same as that of the Galaxy A02s. It also runs Android 10 but you get a fingerprint scanner on the side.

Galaxy A32 5G

The US is also getting Samsung’s cheapest 5G phone. For $280, the Dimensity 720-powered phone comes with a 6.5-inch 90Hz display (LCD), 4GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, and 48MP quad rear cameras. You also get a 13MP selfie camera, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 5000mAh battery that charges at 15W. It will also be available this Friday via Cricket, Metro, and T-Mobile.

It has a Snapdragon 750G processor, 4GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. On the back is a 48MP triple camera setup while the U-shaped notch in the screen houses a 13MP camera. It runs Android 11 like the Galaxy A32 5G and also has a 5000mAh battery that charges at 15W. It will be available for $399.99 as a Verizon exclusive.

The Galaxy A52 5G is the most expensive of the pack with a $499.99, the same price you can pick up a brand new OnePlus 8 with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and a much more powerful Snapdragon 865 processor.

For that price, Samsung is giving you a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 750G processor, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. There is a 32MP camera in front for selfies while the back is home to a 64MP quad camera setup. The phone runs Android 11 out of the box and will get three years of OS upgrades, has an in-display fingerprint scanner, and packs a 4500mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging.

The Galaxy A52 will be available this Friday on AT&T, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and unlocked.
