An upcoming 4G LTE phone by ZTE has received approval from China’s TENAA authority. The entire specifications and images of the phone have appeared at the Chinese certification site. With an important certification under the belt, it appears that this device may debut in China in a week or two.

The TENAA listing of the ZTE 8031 states it has a huge display of 6.82 inches, which supports 720 x 1640 pixels HD+ resolution. The front image of the phone that has appeared at TENAA suggests that it could be equipped with a waterdrop notch.

The device draws power from an unknown chipset that clocks at 1.6GHz and 4 GB of RAM. The handset draws power from a 4,870mAh rated battery. It is likely to arrive in storage options like 64 GB and 128 GB.

For more storage, it may include a dedicated microSD card slot. The smartphone is preinstalled with Android 11 OS. Its right edge features a volume rocker and a power key, which is integrated with a fingerprint scanner.

Placed on the front is an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The back panel of the phone has a 16-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel secondary lens, and a 2-megapixel camera. The device has a 173 x 78.1 x 8.9mm dimensions and weighs 211 grams. It is likely to arrive in hoses like gray, blue, and green in China.
