An iQOO phone with 4G LTE support and weaker specs has emerged in the database of China’s TENAA certification platform. The listing mentions all the important specifications of the phone and it also includes its images. It is not clear with which name it will be arriving in the Chinese market. Probably, it could be releasing a U-series smartphone.

iQOO V2143A specifications

The iQOO V2143A smartphone has a 6.51-inch TFT screen that produces an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The 20:9 aspect ratio supporting display seems to be featuring a waterdrop notch. The handset measures 164.41 x 76.32 x 8.41mm and weighs 191.4 grams.

The V2143A has a 4,910mAh rated battery onboard. It appeared at the 3C certification site last week with an 18W charger. The handset runs on Android 11 OS, which will be overlaid with OriginOS and iQOO UI.

The iQOO V2143A draws power from a 2.0GHz octa-core processor. It may arrive in China in RAM options like 4 GB, 6 GB, and 8 GB and storage options such as 64 GB and 128 GB. It has a storage expansion slot for adding a microSD card.

The right edge of the iQOO V2143A features a volume rocker and a power button, which is embedded with a fingerprint reader. At the front, it features an 8-megapixel selfie camera, and its rear-facing vertical camera unit has a 13-megapixel primary lens, a 2-megapixel macro/depth lens, and an LED flash.

Now that the iQOO V2143A has bagged 3C and TENAA certifications, it is likely to go official soon in China. In related news, iQOO is gearing up to launch the iQOO Z3 5G as India’s first Snapdragon 768G phone on June 8. It will also arrive as the country’s first Z-series handset.
