The new smartphone will launch with 8GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage. The rugged smartphone in the upper-mid range will surely compete against the devices in the competition. The bumped specifications are surely going to benefit the end-users.

Doogee S86 Pro smartphone primary highlight is the presence of an infrared thermometer which can be a life-saver in the COVID-19 era. The smartphone can easily allow the user to check the body temperature of anyone without touching the person. It is a fine example of innovation and engineering ingenuity from a rugged smartphone maker.

Apart from the infrared thermometer, the new device will come with upgraded 8GB RAM while retaining the same 128GB internal storage. It will feature a 12nm Helio P60 processor for a marvellous performance.

In the camera department, there will be some upgrades including a 16MP primary AI camera, an 8MP wide-angle lens and a 2 MP macro lens. However, the quad-camera is reduced to a triple rear camera due to the presence of a temperature sensor. There’s an 8MP selfie camera on the front.  The new device will house a 6.1-inch display while carrying Corning Gorilla Glass protection.

As with its predecessor, the S6 Pro will ship with IP68 and IP69K ratings and is MIL-STD-810 certified.

Doogee S86 Pro will launch on June 15h and will retail via the company’s official website, AliExpress store and Banggood. Interested users can also participate in the giveaway to win the device. The company is giving away 5 Doogee smartphones via the giveaway.
