ZTE is one of the leading companies when it comes to telecom networking equipment and with increased restrictions from the United States, the company is now looking to update its strategy for doing business.

Today, the Chinese tech company has proposed a new “1+2+3” strategy for its 5G technology and has also announced the world’s first commercial pilot of a wireless intelligence orchestration network and a 5G industry networking solution.

Bai Gang, Vice President of ZTE says that chips, algorithms, and architecture forms foundation of the technology and adds that the company will continue to iterate and innovate in three aspects — capability, performance, and efficiency.

Further, the company’s Senior Vice President Zhang Wanchun pointed out that in the past year, the 5G technology has benefited several industries and the current 5G applications have demonstrated significant economic and social value. He adds that in the future, the development of 5G techonology should be such that it adds value.

Additionally, the company has also released the “5G Industry Cloud Network Soliution” with China Telecom and the “5G Voice Network New Architecture” with China Mobile.

A couple of weeks ago, ZTE launched its Nubia Z30 Pro smartphone in China, which is the rebranded version of the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra but comes with a smaller battery, faster charging speed support, and a higher price tag.
