Chinese tech giant TCL unveiled a new range of new smartphones in April this year which include the TCL 20 Pro 5G, TCL 20L, TCL 20L+, and TCL 20S. Two of these models – TCL 20 Pro 5G and TCL 20S have now been launched for sale in the US alongside the TCL 20 SE. The 20 SE was announced alongside the TCL 20 5G and MoveAudio TWS earbuds at CES 2021 in January. The company is also promoting the Moveaudio earbuds.
The three smartphone models are now available in the US in a range of color variants via Amazon. TCL’s Moveaudio S600 true wireless earbuds are also available from Amazon at $99.99. The TWS earbud comes in three color variants are available – black, white, and grey.
In terms of the features, the Moveaudio TWS earbuds has active noise cancellation as well as a Transparency mode. TCL’s new earbuds promise to offer an impressive audio experience for users. Music enthusiasts especially enjoy the sound output of the earbuds. The earbuds has Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity and also feature smart wear detection playback functionality. Further, it supports Google’s Fast Pair protocol for quick connectivity. They are also IP54-rated for dust, sweat, and water resistance which should enhance the durability of the earbuds significantly.
The TCL 20 Pro 5G, sells at $499.99 in the US and comes in two colors – Moondust Gray and Marine Blue. It bears close semblance with the global version, although the US model has a better 5MP sensor. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 750G chipset with 6GB RAM and 256GB of internal memory.
The features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a curved glass design. It equally packs a quad-camera setup. The US version of the 20 Pro 5G will come with Android 11 and TCL’s in-house user interface.
The TCL 20S, like the 20 Pro 5G, packs a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen which is less trendy than that of the 20 Pro 5G. It has 4GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage.
The TCL 20 SE is the lowest-priced at $189 among the three models. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 460 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM. This model features a 6.82-inch LCD display and a U-notch containing a 13 MP camera. The TCL 20 SE also boasts of a quad-camera setup similar to the 20S.
