We are hearing more about MIUI 13 in the last few days. The next iteration of Xiaomi’s mobile operating system is tipped to go official in mid or late August. Today, new details emerge saying that Xiaomi has ended development for MIUI 12 and has started working on MIUI 13 builds.
Unlike other smartphone makers, Xiaomi is probably the only company to release weekly beta builds of its Android skin for select models. Hence, it has always been easy to know the upcoming MIUI features as well as new devices before their official release.
According to the latest findings by Xiaomiui, the last-ever MIUI 12 build will be released today (July 6) with build number 21.7.5. It is expected to be followed by another release tomorrow (July 7) with build number 21.7.6.
The MIUI Beta build that is said to roll out tomorrow could be the first-ever build of MIUI 13. As per previous information, Xiaomi has scheduled to suspend MIUI Open Beta builds from July 7 to July 16.
Therefore, Xiaomiui believes that their speculation could be mostly true. If this turns out to be accurate, we expect to learn more about MIUI 13 in the coming days. Until then, let us know your expectations for MIUI 13 in the comment section below.
