Amazon has been on a cleaning spree lately. The e-commerce giant has been pulling off brands that have paid people for reviews or posted fake ones. Among the brands that have been found guilty are Aukey, Mpow, and RavPower. Now another popular Chinese brand, Choetech, has been found guilty.

Choetech wireless charging pad review

Choetech is known for its mobile accessories such as charging cables, USB hubs, and wall adapters. Now, its products are missing from Amazon’s store, a likely result of it being delisted. A search for Choetech on Amazon brings up related products by other brands but not the manufacturer’s own products.

Amazon has not released an official statement about the matter according to XDA Developers, and neither has Choetech. The former maintains a strict policy with respect to the guidelines it has set for sellers on its platform.

Those brands found wanting have either offered people money or a form of compensation for positive reviews, bought reviews, or posted their own reviews.

Choetech was established in 2013 and sells its products in over 80 countries. While its product are no longer available on Amazon, folks can still purchase them on its official website.
