Earlier today (13th July 2021), a new product went live for crowdfunding on the Xiaomi Youpin platform. This is a new pet dryer, which lets users safely dry their pets without any hassles.
The product is currently listed on the Youpin platform at the moment and its official specifications stated that it can offer 15 seconds of rapid heating to help dry pets. This has it reach a constant temperature of 38.5 degrees Celsius. Furthermore, it also supports the internal and external circulation of air, while also simulating natural winds to keep the pets calm with low noise levels. In other words, this product would be perfect for those that seek to avoid the hassles of drying their unruly pets.
Furthermore, the drying process neutralized static electricity from the pet’s fur, while also repairing hair scales, and forms a moisture protection layer on the fur as well. Drying from a hair dryer or towel would usually lead to that pet’s hair sticking on end, but this product avoids this and makes the hair smoother. Once you dry your pets, the in built deodorizing module turns on to promptly remove any residual odour from the process in the small cabin.
To ensure the pet feels comfortable and secure, the small pet dryer is also built with transparent materials that offer a 180 degree field of vision on either side as well as the top region. It also houses built in lighting and has a 60 liter volume that is compatible with the usual house cats and smaller breeds of dogs that weigh less than 9 kilograms. For additional safety, the product also carries a heat warning module that cuts off power if internal temperatures exceed 42 degrees Celsius. The Pet Drying Box is currently listed on Xiaomi Youpin platform for 699 Yuan (roughly 110 US Dollars).
