Smartphone brand realme launched the realme X7 Pro in India in early February. Despite releasing in 2021, the handset debuted with Android 10-based realme UI. Above all, the brand confirmed to release Android 11 (realme UI 2.0) beta update only in Q2 and it did as well. Now, a quarter later, the phone finally bags Android 11 stable update.

realme X7 Pro realme UI 2.0 Android 11 Stable Update

According to a realme Community post, the brand has started rolling out realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11 (stable) for the realme X7 Pro. The update is currently being seeded out in batches. As a result, it is only available for a select few users.

The latest system update for the handset arrives with build number RMX2121_11.C.03. Since the realme X7 Pro is an upper mid-range smartphone, the device gets all the new features of realme UI 2.0 as well as Android 11.

That said, if a user is not satisfied with the new software experience, they can switch back to the previous version. To do so, they will have to download and install the rollback package from the update announcement linked above.

Last but not least, it is worth noting that this process will wipe the phone’s internal storage. Therefore, make sure to back up the data if you are willing to revert back to Android 10.
