Design
The Legend color option of the iQOO 7 is the most elegant and original one as it sports a stripe with the typical BMW colors on the rear side. But you should not underestimate the iQOO Neo5 as it comes with the thinnest design. Unfortunately, these phones are not built with premium materials, but they come with narrow bezels around the display and a punch-hole design.
Display
You can find the best display on the iQOO Neo5 and on the iQOO 7: they have the same panel. It is an AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, the HDR10+ certification, a high 1300 nit peak brightness, a 6.62-inch diagonal, and a Full HD+ resolution. The iQOO Neo5 has a higher 144 Hz refresh rate which is very nice for gamers, but it has an IPS panel providing an inferior image quality. Note that iQOO Neo5 and iQOO 7 have an in-display fingerprint reader, while the iQOO Neo5 Lite has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner because it sports an IPS display.
Hardware/Software
All of these devices have a flagship-class hardware setup, but the iQOO 7 is the best as it sports a stronger chipset: the Snapdragon 888 mobile platform by Qualcomm. The SoC is paired with up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of internal storage (UFS 3.1). You can get the same memory configurations with iQOO Neo5 and Neo5 Lite, but they pack the weaker Snapdragon 870 chipset. However, we are still talking about one of the best chipsets in the Android world. All the phones run OriginOS based on Android 11, except the intl. version of the iQOO 7 which runs Funtouch OS.
Camera
Do you need the most advanced camera? You should go for the iQOO 7 without thinking twice as it is the only one with a high-end camera department. It has a 48 MP main sensor with OIS, a 13 MP telephoto sensor with 2x optical zoom, and a 16 MP ultrawide sensor. Not the best camera phone out there, but definitely a high-end one. The iQOO Neo5 takes the silver medal with a 48 MP main sensor including OIS, a 13 MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2 MP macro camera. Unfortunately, iQOO Neo5 Lite lacks OIS and it has an inferior 8 MP sensor.
Battery
The iQOO Neo5 Lite has the biggest battery but the iQOO Neo5 lasts more on a single charge because it sports an AMOLED display with lower energy consumption. The iQOO 7 has the smallest battery with just 4000 mAh, but it supports whopping 120W fast charging.
Vivo iQOO Neo5 vs Vivo iQOO Neo5 Lite vs Vivo iQOO 7: Price
iQOO Neo5 starts from €320/$377, iQOO Neo5 Lite has a €290/$342 base price, and iQOO 7 starts from €480/$567. The iQOO Neo5 has the highest value for money, while the iQOO 7 is the best device overall.
