Xiaomi has launched the MIJIA Smart Table Lamp Lite in China. The smart lamp is an upgraded version of the MIJIA Table Lamp Lite which was launched last year. The major upgrade on this model is the addition of smart functions while retaining the same lighting quality.
The MIJIA Smart Table Lamp Lite adopts the honeycomb water pattern design on the light-emitting surface of the double prism. It also has a small base and the shaft can be turned up and down at 218° and tilted 180° horizontally.
The smart lamp comes with a central illuminance greater than 1200lx, which meets the national standard A-level illuminance standard. The double-lens homogenization technology expands the irradiation area while making the light more uniform and softly brighten the entire desktop. The product has also reportedly passed the photobiological safety test of the relevant professional institutions. It emits absolutely no blue light and no video flicker.
Further, the Smart Desk Lamp Lite supports stepless dimming, touch control to turn on and turn off the light. You also need to long press the button to switch the brightness. It is also possible to steplessly adjust the brightness of the light from the Mijia app.
Voice control is also possible on the Mijia Smart Desk Lamp Lite via XiaoAI speakers as it has a built-in Bluetooth Mesh gateway. When connected to the smart speaker, can then be use to turn on the lamp through voice prompt. After networking through the Bluetooth Mesh gateway, the time is automatically obtained and calibrated, and the night light mode is automatically triggered when the light is turned on during the night.
The MIJIA Smart Table Lamp Lite is listed on Jingdong (JD.com) and is priced at 99 yuan (~$15).
